An award-winning photographer, Adam Hinton mixes commercial and personal projects, often going to dangerous or newsworthy parts of the world to shoot real people's lives.
Lovin' It is his first major publication, a hardback book showcasing his personal work in Shanghai documenting the rapid commercialisation of China. The book is designed to maximise the use of full-bleed double page spreads to immerse the reader in the city and show Adam's use of grain-heavy film. These contrast with more snapshot-like sections and are followed by a series of essays. The book was published to coincide with an exhibition of the work at HOST Gallery.
